Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handy Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of mechanical knowledge and practical skills to effectively maintain and repair the properties. Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, includingminor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Operate tools and machinery safely, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and project updates.
- Maintain an organised work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly after use.

- Proven experience in a maintenace role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
