Purpose of the Role
To provide professional, high-quality beauty treatments and exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a positive and relaxing experience while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of beauty treatments such as:
- Facials
- Massage
- Waxing and hair removal
- Nail treatments (manicure/pedicure)
- Eyelash/eyebrow treatments
- Carry out thorough client consultations to identify needs and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilisation in line with health & safety regulations
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are prepared and maintained to a professional standard
- Promote and sell retail products and additional services where appropriate
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatments and medical considerations
- Manage appointments efficiently and support smooth daily operations
- Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new treatments, and products

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- NVQ Level 2/3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in delivering a range of beauty treatments

- Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
