Spa Therapist (Massage-led | £13.95/hr + tips + ESPA training)
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Spa Therapist to join The New Forest Spa at Balmer Lawn Hotel - a calm, countryside spa environment focused on high-quality, massage-led treatments.
This is a primarily treatment-based role, ideal for therapists who enjoy delivering massage and body treatments in a relaxed, guest-focused setting.
You’ll be working within a newly refurbished spa (launched May 2025), featuring six treatment rooms and a dedicated relaxation area, welcoming both hotel guests and day visitors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality massage and spa treatments
- Creating a calm, professional and personalised guest experience
- Supporting the smooth running of the spa day-to-day
- Assisting on reception during busier periods (secondary to treatments)
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Strong massage and treatment delivery skills
- Previous spa experience preferred, but not essential
- Professional, friendly and guest-focused
- Flexible approach to working hours (weekends required)
