Our people are at the core of our business. We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy Warehouse team as the business grows.
As Warehouse Operative, you will work across our warehouse operations with the following key responsibilities:
- Receive, check and storage of incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders in line with required timeframes
- Daily use of the IT system
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Participate in stocktaking and inventory control activities
- General warehouse duties as required
- Driving duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years' experience in a warehouse environment
- Great team player with good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to understand written English and numerical instructions
- Physical fitness with ability to stand for long periods of time, move around a large warehouse, use platform ladders and complete manual handling duties
- Good understanding of health & safety requirements
- Aislemaster and/or 2T counterbalance forklift experience preferred
- UK drivers licence
