We are an independent specialist in Land Rover and 4x4 vehicles, a family run company established over 40 years ago with a huge returning customer base. We also work on Electric Vehicles, motor homes and just about any other vehicle.
We are seeking a reliable, professional candidate with extensive experience looking to grow into a lead / supervisory role taking on more management responsibilities.
Requirements
- Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work to high standards
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
- Carry out vehicle health checks and identify additional repair opportunities
- Complete all workshop documentation accurately and efficiently
- Utilise diagnostic equipment and systems
- Ensure work is completed within agreed timescales and quality standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
- Support workshop efficiency and contribute with the team as necessary
Essential
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- A positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality are essential traits for success in this role
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment
Desirable
- Level 3 NVQ qualifications or equivalent
- MOT Tester qualification
- Hybrid and EV accreditation
