Maintenance Engineer
Our client, a leading processing and manufacturing company are in search of an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their highly reputable company.
Working Hours
Mon-Fri: 6:45am – 4pm

Job Duties
· Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to identify any issues or potential problems
· Perform repairs and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimise equipment breakdowns
· Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors as needed
· Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any maintenance-related concerns
· Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed
· Adhere to quality standards set by the company and external bodies e.g. BRC.
· Adhere to Health and Safety, Hygiene and security procedures.
Successful candidate must have:
· Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge and experience in maintaining industrial equipment
· Experience in PLCs would be desirable
· Three years’ previous experience in a similar role
· Team player, able to work with others and achieve results.
· Experience in multi-disciplinary & cross-functional teams
· Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
· Being flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the business.
