We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Client Care Advisor to join our team at Abington Park on a full-time, permanent basis.
Situated in picturesque Northamptonshire, Abington Park offers a wide range of sporting, recreational and cultural activities, with excellent transport links to both London and Birmingham.
You'll be joining a large, experienced team of 13 Veterinary Surgeons, the majority of whom are certificate holders, alongside 18 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 4 Student Veterinary Nurses, 4 Kennel Assistants and a Laboratory Technician, creating a supportive environment with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop.
As a Client Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;
- Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to provide a high level of customer care.
- Meeting and greeting clients and pets.
- Booking appointments and diary management.
- Managing telephone and email enquiries.
- Taking payment for services and products.
- Managing cash and end-of-day banking.
- Maintaining a clean and safe space for our clients and their pets.
Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis
- Working across both the Abington and Moulton practices
