The successful candidate will deliver exceptional hair services, provide outstanding customer care and contribute to the growth of the salon through excellent service, retail recommendations and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of professional hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling and treatments tailored to each client's needs.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by building strong relationships and ensuring every visit is enjoyable.
- Manage front of house duties, including booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments and maintaining a clean and organised salon.
- Recommend and upsell retail products and additional salon services to enhance client results and maximise earnings.
- Create engaging content showcasing your work for use on social media and help promote the salon.
- Stay up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques and industry developments.
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Hairdressing.
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio or examples of your work.
- Excellent cutting, colouring and styling skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional and confident with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends where required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to the salon's success.
