Job Description
Orion Care recognises that care and support for Edinburgh’s population is an essential need, delivered by people with empathy and resilience, and an acknowledgement that this type of support can be a long and challenging journey for the Carer and for those being cared for.
Orion Care is seeking a remarkable, qualified individual who is prepared to take responsibility for the professional growth, welfare, and leadership of a team of highly experienced Carers who consistently exceed expectations in their daily duties.
You will have a minimum of five years’ experience in the care sector (two at senior level), along with a proven track record in administration and knowledge of compliance within the Scottish care sector.
It is essential you have achieved the relevant qualifications required by the SSSE and Care Inspectorate to undertake this role.
You must be a great communicator and be as comfortable dealing with members of the Care Team as you are with other healthcare professionals and existing and prospective clients.
Pay: £40,000.00 per year
