At Lola’s Northampton we are looking for an experienced Front of House/Bartender staff who have a real passion for delivering the highest level of service and creating a fantastic dining experience for our guests.
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Front of House/Bartender to join our team in crafting exceptional cocktails and providing top-notch service in our vibrant gastropub setting.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative and high-quality cocktails to delight customers
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and offering drink recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with food and health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the floor staff to coordinate drink orders with food service
Requirements
- Experience in bartending or mixology within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple drink orders efficiently
- Great communication skills and ability to provide exceptional guest services with a friendly attitude
- Helpful attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic bar environment
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Standard hours are will range from 20 to 40 hours per week on a flexible rota, where weekends will be required. Must have availability to work on night shifts.
