We are looking to recruit 2 experienced and exceptional Assistant/Deputy Managers who has a proven track record of supporting the homes manager in managing a residential children's home. You must have a Diploma Level 3 in Social Care/Children and Young People and preferably a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent and if not you will be required to undertake. A passion to lead a team of residential staff in seeking the very best outcomes for young people placed in our care.
We are also looking for Senior Residential childcare workers that hold a level 4 in children and young people or working towards. In Manchester area
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity and you will be instrumental in supporting the Homes Manager in developing the home and staff team.
Our homes are registered to provide therapeutic care for up to 4 young people age range 0-17yrs (EDB). We aim to provide a nurturing environment that far exceeds minimum standards and that strives to provide a quality provision where young people feel empowered and consulted in all aspects of their care.
You must have a full driving license and access to a vehicle/car for work purposes.
Key Skills and Experience
* Managerial role within a residential environment
* Experience of managing teams
* Ability to work collaboratively and in partnership with all networking agencies including; health professionals, social care, education etc.
* To demonstrate your ability to motivate and engage both staff and young people, additionally, to apply flexibility and creativity in achieving the very best possible outcomes.

- For unqualified staff, the referrer and the new member of staff will each receive £300 after 3 months. After 6 months the referrer will receive another £300. We will enrol the new member of staff on Diploma Level 3/4 and give them the training and support required.
- For Qualified staff (Diploma 3 or higher) the referrer will receive £600 bonus and the new member of staff will receive a £300 Welcome Bonus after 3 months. After 6 months the referrer will receive an additional £600 bonus.

Pay: £38,742.00-£41,780.00 per year
