Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and managing shifts, ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations
- Guide and support existing staff as well as train new hires
- Provide excellent customer service and lead the team to do the same
- Responsible cash handling such as end-of-night cash ups
- Taking beer deliveries and ensuring an organised and clean cellar
- Confidently dealing with customer enquiries, complaints or any adverse situations
- Work closely with the Assistant and General Managers to ensure a smooth running of the pub as well as a good team environment
- Effectively organise and prioritise tasks
What we're looking for
- The ability to work in busy and stressful environments while keeping a level head
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Great organisational and time-management skills
- Ideally some experience in a management role
- Hospitality experience of minimum 1 year
- Someone who will mesh well with the existing team and helps foster a friendly and productive work environment

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
