RJA Security Ltd is currently looking to recruit new Security Officers for a regular part time shift at Farnborough Airport, operating on behalf of BAE Systems
Duties to include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the site in a polite and customer focused manner
- Managing access control to the facility
- Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
- Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
- Once trained, to participate in passenger and baggage screening in the central search area
- Completing flight dispatch paperwork and liaising with aircrew
The main focus of the role will be to screen passengers in accordance with Department for Transport legislation. As such training will be provided by our in-house training team to ensure successful candidates are competent and comfortable performing their duties.
Hours:
Monday – 0700-1000
Tuesday – 0730-0930 and 1530-1830
Thursday – 0730-0930 and 1530-1830
The flight schedule is currently under review; shifts will likely be required on other days of the week in due course.
Closed weekends / bank holidays / Christmas period
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
