About the Role
We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Sales Assistants to join our Marylebone flagship store.
This is a seasonal position with the potential for a longer-term contract following the season, contingent upon performance, business needs and availability.
We are looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals who enjoy building relationships and have a genuine interest in menswear and fashion. As a key member of our team, you will help create an elevated shopping experience, maintain impeccable store standards and support day-to-day operations.
Experience
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Customer service experience advantageous
- A genuine interest in menswear and fashion
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint
- Assist customers with styling, product selection and fittings
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Support visual merchandising and maintain premium store standards
- Assist with stock management, replenishment and organisation
- Support store opening and closing procedures
- Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally
- Ensure the store remains well-presented, organised and inviting
