We are looking for a Hospitality & Wellbeing Chef to join our dedicated team, delivering high-quality catering within our supported living communities at Queen Elizabeth Court and Greenwich House.
This is more than just a chef role it is an opportunity to enhance wellbeing, build connections, and create meaningful dining experiences for residents every day.
About the Role
As a key member of our Hospitality & Wellbeing team, you will provide fresh, nutritious, and appealing meals that support residents’ health and wellbeing. You’ll play an integral role in making mealtimes the highlight of the day, while also supporting social events and fostering a welcoming dining environment.
What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing and cooking high-quality meals from scratch, including breakfasts, lunches, and evening options

Creating meals and refreshments for social events such as BBQs and tea parties

Supporting menu development and introducing new ideas and recipes

Ensuring excellent food presentation, portion control, and nutritional balance

Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen and dining environment

Managing stock, deliveries, and food storage efficiently within budget

Engaging with residents, gathering feedback, and contributing to a positive dining experience

Supporting wider hospitality initiatives across the village community
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both culinary skill and a genuine passion for people:

Experience in a catering or chef role

Ability to cook from scratch using a variety of methods

Strong understanding of nutrition, food hygiene, and safe food handling

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

A warm, friendly and approachable personality

A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Comfortable working flexibly, including supporting events
Desirable:

Experience in a care or supported living environment
-
Level 3 Catering qualification (or equivalent)
