- Early Years Support: Apply knowledge of early years development to support the emotional and social needs of the youngest children (Reception/KS1), ensuring smooth transitions between home and school.
- Nourishment: Assist in the hygienic preparation and serving of simple, nutritious breakfast items and afternoon snacks, adhering to all dietary and allergy guidelines.
- Behavior Management: Implement positive and consistent behavior management strategies to foster respect, kindness, and cooperation among the children.
- Communication: Greet parents and children warmly, assisting the Manager with essential communication and passing on relevant observations professionally.
- Compliance: Adhere to all uKids and school safeguarding, health & safety, and operational policies.
- Set-up & Tidy: Assist with setting up the club area before sessions and ensuring all equipment is safely packed away and the area is left tidy after the club closes.
