Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 basic (DOE) Hours: Full‑time Location: Skegness
About the Role
A brilliant hybrid position for someone who loves the buzz of Lettings Negotiation but also enjoys the structure and responsibility of Property Management. You’ll be the go‑to person for tenants and landlords, handling everything from viewings and lets to maintenance and compliance. Perfect for someone who thrives in a varied, fast‑paced role and wants genuine progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting property viewings, handling enquiries, and converting leads into successful lets
- Managing the full tenancy process — applications, referencing, move‑ins, renewals
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and contractor visits
- Ensuring all properties meet legal and safety compliance requirements
- Handling periodic inspections, check‑ins and check‑outs
- Managing tenancy issues professionally and proactively
- Supporting the wider lettings team with valuations, marketing, and new business
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service throughout
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in Lettings, Property Management, or a hybrid role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident, organised, and able to manage a busy workload
- Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance (preferred)
- Ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Full UK driving licence
