Overview
As a member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering the Replay experience. Whether you are serving drinks, hosting a game night, or managing events, you will be at the forefront of creating a unique and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enthusiastic about games, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Building the Community by engaging with guests, also providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions
- Assist in managing stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Uphold health and safety regulations, including responsible serving practices
- Running regular and one off game nights and socials
- Assisting with event arrangements
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment
- Strong passion for board games and entertainment
- Willingness to expand knowledge about board games
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.
- A proactive attitude towards guest services and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Smiley, friendly personality
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment or keeping engaged with tasks in quiet times
- Event or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory; we value teamwork and collaboration.
