Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Worthing Secondary Inclusion Team
Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join the inclusion team at a specific secondary school in Worthing .
This Worthing school is looking for someone to support pupils who may be struggling with behaviour, attendance, confidence, routines or engagement in lessons. You will work closely with pastoral staff and teachers to help pupils reset, return to class and make better choices throughout the school day.
The school needs a Teaching Assistant who is calm, consistent and not easily pulled into confrontation. This role would suit someone with experience in behaviour support, youth work, mentoring, sports coaching, care, SEND, SEMH or secondary school support.
Temporary, permanent and temp-to-permanent options are available.
