A spacious and stylish space in the centre of Edinburgh - A classic city centre eatery. Fishers in the City is set in an old converted warehouse on Thistle Street. The contemporary surroundings offer the perfect venue for a casual lunch or intimate night out. A firm favourite with locals and visitors to the city for over 30 years.
Successful applicants must of worked in a similar busy & bustling environment for 2 years. Whilst bar service is not necessary it can always help strengthen your case too.
Once hired, you will benefit from position where personality is encouraged and stamp your own mark on the service style. A close team who work and look after each other enjoys flexible hours and more importantly NO splits. No early starts and rarely finishing beyond midnight, the applicant will also earn on top of there basic minimum pay excellent tips averaging about £8 an hour paid weekly.
