Evergame is currently looking for a warehouse worker. We are a retailer and wholesaler of video games, consoles, and accessories for PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo.
Contract & Hours:
- Core contract of 8h/week, with a flexible schedule and additional paid hours by agreement up to 40h/week.
- Our standard operating hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM till 4:00 PM.
- During our winter peak (November - December), shifts may extend to 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Note: Because this is a daytime, part-time role, it is perfectly suited for candidates looking to fit work around other commitments, such as university students, caregivers, or those with school-run commitments and weekend jobs.
Duties will include:
- Picking and packing parcels for Amazon, eBay, and B2B customers using manual picking sheets
- Stacking and labelling
- Handballing
- Loading and unloading goods
- Ensuring quality control from start to finish
- Working towards a daily performance target to hit deadlines for the business
Requirements:
- Warehouse experience is preferred
- Must live locally in/around Worcester for an easy and reliable commute
- Highly physical role: Must be able to safely and repeatedly lift heavy packages up to 25kg unassisted
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a good memory for product locations
- Basic knowledge of PC programs: Excel, Word, etc.
- Fast learner
- This role requires a DBS check. Employment is subject to a satisfactory DBS disclosure.
