Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to domiciliary care staff using platforms such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint.
- Conduct engaging classroom and virtual training sessions that enhance skills in patient care, health & safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize HRIS systems like Workday to track training progress, certifications, and staff development records accurately.
- Mentor new hires and existing team members by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with human resources and management teams to identify training needs based on performance data from systems like Salesforce and HRIS.
- Prepare clear presentation materials and instructional content that align with organizational standards and industry regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, assessments, and certifications in SharePoint or other designated systems to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in teaching or training within the domiciliary or healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of home care services.
- Proficiency with e-learning tools such as Adobe Captivate and familiarity with SharePoint for content management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms like Workday or similar systems for employee data management.
- Strong mentoring abilities coupled with presentation skills that inspire confidence and motivate learners.
