Established in 2009, Ridleys Coaches operates a modern fleet of 60 coaches and 12 cars, providing high-quality transport services across the UK. We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Cleaners to join our team based in Warwick,
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining clean, presentable vehicles for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning the interior of coaches to a high standard
- Sweeping and mopping vehicle floors
- Cleaning windows and mirrors
- Wiping and cleaning seats and interior panels
- Cleaning dashboards and driver areas
- Sanitising onboard toilet facilities
- Ensuring all vehicles are presented professionally and ready for service
Tour coach cleans require that extra level of attention to detail compared to standard school bus cleans, and we work towards a high company standard across our fleet.
Working Structure
A cleaning schedule will be provided every Monday morning, including departure times for vehicles, so you will always know what vehicles need to be completed and prioritised throughout the week.

- Ability to work independently or alongside multiple cleaners on one vehicle
- Reliable and punctual attitude
- Pride in maintaining high standards
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
Pay
- Flexible working hours available for the right person
- 6:00am – 6:00pm
- 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Flexibility to help outside of standard hours is appreciated, including evenings after 6:00pm and occasional weekend work
