Ideally, you'll come from education recruitment, but if you've built a successful desk within a fast-paced temporary recruitment environment ( Healthcare or similar), we'd love to hear from you too.
As one of our fantastic consultants heads off on their travels, an exciting opportunity has become available to take over a warm SEND desk with existing revenue, established client relationships and huge potential for further growth. This is a fantastic platform for someone who wants to hit the ground running while putting their own stamp on the desk.

The Role
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of warm SEND desk, managing the full 360 recruitment process while continuing to grow an already established market.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing and developing existing school partnerships.
- Building relationships with new schools across the region.
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing education professionals.
- Growing revenue and developing your own market.
- Delivering an exceptional service to both schools and candidates.
