Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team at Pure Leisure Group, located in one of our beautiful holiday parks - Lochness Highland Resort. This role is vital to ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our mission of delivering unforgettable holiday experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all kitchen areas are clean and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Support chefs during busy service periods by bussing tables and assisting with food service.
- Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and cleanliness.
- Help with inventory management by keeping track of supplies and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a positive work environment.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Uphold the high standards of Pure Leisure Group's culinary offerings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
