Who Are Haysto?
Haysto is the UK's leading complex mortgage brokerage and, after an exceptional 2025, we're on track to double in size again in 2026 powered by our exclusive partnership with Experian and driven by huge demand for our services.
To keep pace with that demand (without compromising quality), we're hiring two Case Managers (Mortgages), a job which sits at the heart of our customer journey, ensuring mortgage applications are submitted efficiently and managed to completion.
The Opportunity:
As a Case Manager (Mortgages), you'll guide customers from mortgage recommendation through to application submission, and completion.
You'll contact customers promptly, collect all required lender documentation, review each document for accuracy and completeness, package mortgage applications to an exceptional standard, and submit cases to lenders.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, thrives on organisation, and enjoys helping customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high volume of customer tasks each day, ensuring welcome calls are completed within our 4-hour Service Level Agreement.
- Contacting customers promptly to request all required documentation.
- Collecting documents during live calls wherever possible and scheduling follow-up calls when required.
- Managing your diary effectively while maintaining regular communication with customers until applications are complete.
- Reviewing documentation thoroughly, approving or rejecting documents where appropriate, and clearly explaining any additional requirements.
- Packaging completed mortgage applications to lender standard before submitting them, and managing to completion.
Why This Role Matters:
This is a critical role within our mortgage journey.
Your attention to detail, communication and organisation have a direct impact on:
- Customer experience
- Speed to mortgage offer
- Complaint volumes
- Team efficiency
- Adviser productivity
When this role is performed well, the entire operation runs smoothly.
When it isn't... the machine starts smoking.
