We’re looking for a highly organised, practical, and compassionate person to join our team as an Operations & Office Administrator.
Why this role matters:
You’ll play a vital role keeping everything running smoothly, supporting our team, maintaining our homes, and helping us deliver high-quality supported accommodation across Norwich and beyond.
With 12 properties across Norwich and surrounding towns, your work will directly contribute to creating safe, welcoming homes for people rebuilding their lives.
What you’ll be doing
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same:
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administration
- Managing property maintenance and key systems
- Coordinating and responding to maintenance issues
- Carrying out regular property visits and checks
- Keeping accurate compliance and health & safety records
- Liaising with tenants, churches, contractors, and partners
- Acting as the central office coordinator for the Norwich team
- Contributing to the spiritual life and values of the organisation
Who we’re looking for

- Practical and proactive – happy to pick up a paintbrush when needed
- Passionate about good administration and strong systems
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A confident communicator who builds positive relationships
- Motivated by making a difference in people’s lives
You’ll also need:
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Business insurance
- Willingness to travel across Norwich and surrounding areas
