Location: Caffe Massarella, Sincil Street, Lincoln
Pay: £13.00 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Serve Beverages: Craft a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos, following precise recipes and customer specifications.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences. Ensure a positive customer experience from order to delivery.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized. Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock supplies, such as coffee beans, syrups, and milk. Report low stock levels to management.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions using the point-of-sale system, handle cash, and provide correct change. Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient service and smooth operations. Assist in training new baristas as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Attributes: Punctual, reliable, and a team player with a positive attitude. Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing techniques.
