Business Development Manager – Pizzeria
Job Duties
- Identify new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, schools, event organizers, and local businesses for catering and bulk orders.
- Create and manage promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Negotiate contracts and business agreements with suppliers and partners.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on business growth.
- Support the launch of new menu items, services, or additional store locations.
- Work closely with restaurant managers to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Attend networking events and community activities to promote the pizzeria.
- Develop annual business development plans and achieve revenue targets.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements
- Typically 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or restaurant management.
- Experience in the food service, hospitality, or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.

Pay: £38,500.00-£41,500.00 per year
