About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Parts Supervisor to join the team at our Volvo dealership in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Parts Advisor or experienced Parts Person who is ready to progress into a supervisory role and take on greater responsibility within a busy and successful dealership.

Essentials (You Must Have)
- Previous experience working as a Parts Advisor, Senior Parts Advisor, or within a busy automotive parts environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- A customer-focused approach with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- The desire and capability to step into a supervisory role and support the management of a parts department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the Parts Department, assisting the Area Parts Manager in achieving departmental objectives.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, technicians, and service advisors, ensuring parts are identified and supplied accurately and efficiently.
- Help oversee the ordering, storage, and distribution of parts to maintain smooth workshop operations.
- Monitor stock levels, parts availability, and inventory accuracy, ensuring records are kept up to date.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues and promoting best practice.
- Ensure customers receive professional advice regarding parts availability, pricing, and alternative solutions where appropriate.
- Work closely with the Service Department to support the efficient completion of vehicle repairs and servicing.
- Support departmental performance through effective stock control, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
