This highly rewarding role within our well-resourced and high-quality nursery setting provides the ideal opportunity for our Early Years professionals to make a real difference.
We offer a comprehensive Apprenticeship Programme, training the very best individuals and encouraging those with a passion for childcare to undertake their Level 3 in Childcare. The Apprenticeship Programme is a structured qualification programme providing hands-on experience within the nursery setting, alongside gaining a recognised qualification.
Our fantastic apprentices are given experienced and dedicated mentors within their rooms, alongside the guidance of the Nursery Management team, enabling them to feel fully integrated within the team. We have a community network of both current and previous apprentices who provide support, learning and guidance. At the end of an apprenticeship, there are also excellent career prospects, and ability to further develop.
On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will be awarded;
- Level 2 or 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship NCFE Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (EYE)
- Award in Pediatric First Aid OR Award Emergency Paediatric First Aid.
- Apprentices will achieve an EYE qualification which has been approved to count towards the EYFS level 3 child: staff ratios.
