UK Remote | £45,000-£50,000
The role
We’re looking for a hands-on consultant with Tribal EBS knowledge or strong Further Education and adult-learning systems experience. You’ll help colleges implement, configure and improve EBS, our Student Information System.
This is a delivery role, not an account-management or coordination role. You’ll personally lead workshops, advise customers, solve software problems and turn requirements into working solutions.
What you’ll be doing
Deliver hands-on EBS implementation, configuration and improvement work for customers.
Lead discovery and process workshops, turning college requirements into workable EBS solutions.
Support requirements, configuration, testing, training, go-live and adoption.
Own customer relationships, answer software questions and resolve issues directly.
Plan delivery, manage deliverables and keep customers informed throughout the project.
Manage several customers and priorities independently within a supportive remote team.
What we’re looking for
Essential
Strong practical experience with Tribal EBS, or hands-on experience implementing or managing student-record software within Further Education or adult learning.
Clear personal ownership of software delivery, configuration, consultancy or training—not only project coordination or account management.
Experience working directly with customers or senior stakeholders, remotely and face to face.
A practical understanding of learner or student processes and the operational challenges faced by education providers.
The ability to manage priorities, solve problems and communicate clearly while delivering independently.
Desirable
Direct experience using, configuring or implementing Tribal EBS.
Experience as an EBS, MIS or student-systems lead within a college or training provider.
Project management experience and knowledge of Further Education funding, learner data or student-lifecycle processes.
Direct EBS experience is strongly preferred. We will also consider candidates from Further Education or adult learning with hands-on experience of a comparable student-record system and clear delivery ownership.
