About The Role
As an Administrator at Mandale Houset Care Home, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth running of our operations. Your responsibilities will span across vital areas, enabling our team to focus on delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing comprehensive financial records, including banking, petty cash, and supporting sales, purchase ledger, and payroll processes.

Providing essential HR administration, maintaining employee records, and overseeing compliance checks for professional registrations and background clearances.

Delivering robust office management, from maintaining accurate filing systems and managing stationery to providing administrative support to the Home Manager, including minute-taking and correspondence.

Serving as the welcoming first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing professional support and conducting tours of the home as required.

Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols and maintaining strict confidentiality across all aspects of the role.
We are looking for someone with:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a keen aptitude for new systems.

Demonstrable experience in data handling, detailed reporting, and managing deadlines effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanour.

Exceptional organisational abilities, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and equality of opportunity.

A satisfactory enhanced DBS check is essential.
Experience in HR administration, payroll, bookkeeping, or a healthcare setting, along with a business administration qualification, would be highly advantageous.
