The Role
As a key member of our clinical team, you will help us keep quality at the heart of everything we do. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting holistic patient assessments and creating tailored care plans
- Delivering immunisations, wound care and health screenings
- Running chronic disease clinics (e.g., diabetes, asthma)
- Providing family planning advice and performing cervical screening
- Supporting minor surgical procedures
- Promoting health education and disease prevention
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Contributing to audits and quality improvement initiatives

About You
You’ll be a qualified and experienced Practice Nurse with the clinical skills and confidence to deliver excellent patient care. Your strengths will include:
- Experience across a broad range of nursing procedures
- Warm, professional communication and strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to engage patients in their care with empathy and clarity
- Enthusiasm for our mission, values and ongoing improvements
- A proactive, positive approach to change and fast-paced environments
