Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Installation Manager (South) to lead and oversee installation projects across the southern region. In this role, you will coordinate installation teams, ensure project timelines are met, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster teamwork, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities
· Ensure company procedures are followed at all times including all aspects of H&S legislation
· Each fitting team to have scheduled a set amount of invoiced work, currently £3,500 (minimum £2,750) per fitting team per day. It is also the responsibility of the Installation Manager to ensure that all works are invoiced on the system.
· Ensure doors and all other equipment / materials are ready for the fitters each day to ensure completion of work that day.
· Ensure that stock issued and not used for the day’s work is returned to stock using the return to stock procedure.
· Reduce remedials by ensuring work is completed on the day to the customer’s satisfaction. Alongside all remedials pre qualified before booking in the diary.
· Request and check vehicle check lists weekly for all vehicles and ensuring they are maintained as per the manufacture’s guidelines.
· Ensure all fitters are instructed to record the vehicle registration number and mileage on all fuel receipts. Also ensure the correct fuel is purchased and that fuel cards are not misused, including the purchase of premium fuels or AdBlue where not authorised
· Ensure showroom is well maintained, well-presented and safe for customers at all times.
· Ensure wages are controlled and accurate; wages should be no more than 10% of the weekly invoice total.
· Ensure all paying jobs are completed and paid in full at least 24 hours prior to installation. For financed installations, the satisfaction form must be received on the day of completion.
· Notes must be updated accurately at every contact with the customer or supplier, in relation to customers and relevant action arranged to provide the best possible customer service.
· Liaise with customers on all installation, warranty and customer service issues, returning calls to customers soon as possible and keeping customers informed at all times.
· All site appointments by the installations managers must be scheduled onto the diary system, giving full customer details.
· Book in and re-book jobs.
· Manage warranties.
· Chase doors with manufacturers to ensure doors needed for installations arrive on time.
· Manage purchases of consumables and UPVC in accordance with budgets set.
· Issue purchase order numbers for all goods and services purchased and priced in accordance with negotiated and discounted pricing lists.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
