We're recruiting for a Technical Manager to join a leading Facilities Management provider, taking responsibility for a team of Air Conditioning Engineers across Scotland.

The Role
As Technical Manager, you'll lead and support a team of Air Conditioning Engineers across a portfolio of commercial contracts, ensuring high standards of technical delivery and customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and mentoring a team of Air Conditioning Engineers.
- Providing technical support on complex faults and repairs.
- Conducting engineer audits and performance reviews.
- Planning workloads and supporting operational delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and industry regulations.
- Building strong relationships with customers.
- Driving continuous improvement across the engineering team.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- A strong background in Air Conditioning or HVAC.
- Previous supervisory, management or technical leadership experience.
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience supporting engineers in the field.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- A good understanding of Facilities Management and commercial maintenance.
Qualifications
Ideally you'll hold:
- F-Gas Certification
- NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
Management experience is preferred, but experienced Senior Engineers looking to step into management are also encouraged to apply.
