We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Lead to join our busy Indian restaurant in Whitechapel.
As a Team Lead, you will support the day-to-day running of the restaurant, supervise the front-of-house team, and help ensure that every customer receives excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support and motivate the restaurant team during shifts
- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Manage staff during busy service periods
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations
- Ensure cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
- Help train and support new team members
- Assist with stock control and other operational duties when required
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in a restaurant
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- You must have a full and unrestricted right to work in the UK
- We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position
