- Supervise volunteer activities to ensure safety, engagement, and adherence to organizational policies
- Manage volunteer records, track hours, and generate reports to evaluate program effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote volunteer opportunities through social media platforms and community outreach efforts
- Support fundraising initiatives by engaging volunteers in campaigns and awareness events
- Provide ongoing support, recognition, and motivation to maintain high volunteer morale and retention
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising or managing teams, preferably in volunteer or community service settings
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Experience in marketing or social media management to effectively promote volunteer programs
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and community engagement techniques
- Excellent administrative skills for record keeping, scheduling, and reporting purposes
- Background in public health or teaching is a plus, reflecting a commitment to community well-being and education
- Ability to communicate clearly, motivate others, and foster a collaborative team environment
