Duties
- Assemble door components using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure precise fitting and alignment
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, and technical specifications accurately
- Operate various hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, and wrenches efficiently and safely
- Use power tools like drills, saws, and sanders to prepare materials and complete assemblies
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management by tracking parts used during assembly and reporting shortages or issues promptly
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand assembly processes and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Previous experience in assembly work or warehouse environments is highly desirable
