We are looking for a Clubhouse Manager to join our team at Donnington Golf Club.
About the Role

As Clubhouse Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of the Clubhouse, ensuring members, golfers and guests receive outstanding service. You'll inspire your team, maintain high standards and work closely with colleagues across the business to create memorable experiences for everyone who visits.
Clubhouse Manager Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the Clubhouse, bar and front-of-house team.
- Deliver excellent customer service for members, guests and visitors.
- Recruit, train, coach and motivate your team.
- Prepare staff rotas and support the efficient running of the business.
- Oversee stock ordering, cellar management and stock control.
- Support the delivery of golf societies, events and functions.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service throughout the Clubhouse.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant Health & Safety, Food Safety and Licensing legislation.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Work collaboratively with the Golf and wider estate teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as required to support the business.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys leading a team and takes pride in delivering great hospitality.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in a hospitality management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- A flexible approach to working hours.
Experience within a golf club, members' club or leisure environment is advantageous but not essential.
