CARE ASSISTANT - GUARANTEED HOURS CONTRACTS

We are looking for compassionate, reliable people to join our team as Care Assistants — no previous experience required, just a genuine desire to help others.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Every visit is different, but your purpose is always the same — to help people live well at home.
- Provide warm, genuine companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care — washing, bathing, dressing and toileting
- Help with mobility, transfers and safe moving and handling
- Prepare meals and drinks, respecting dietary needs and preferences
- Administer or prompt medication as directed by the care plan
- Support with light household tasks — cleaning, laundry, shopping
- Keep clear, accurate records after every visit
- Report any changes in a client's condition to the care team promptly
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
You do not need a CV packed with care experience. What matters most is who you are:
- A kind, patient and compassionate approach — you genuinely want to help
- Reliability and commitment — our clients count on you
- Good communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- Willingness to learn and complete your Care Certificate (fully supported)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends or bank holidays
- Access to reliable transport and ability to travel between clients
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance
