We are looking for a Returns Warehouse Operative who is counterbalance forklift certified to join our team based out of the Wardle site on a permanent basis working Monday to Friday hours.
You will manage the end-to-end handling of customer returns, ensuring efficient processing, accurate documentation, and seamless integration back into our inventory. The position combines hands-on warehouse operations with occasional administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day
-
Operate a counterbalance forklift to safely collect and transport returned goods from designated areas back into stock in the warehouse.

Inspect, sort and process incoming returns; assessing condition and determining appropriate next steps ie goods in, repair or disposal.

Accurately log all returns in warehouse systems to maintain precise inventory records and compliance.

Load and unload trailers safely and effectively to support smooth supply chain operations and minimise downtime.

Perform computer-based tasks including updating records, managing email inbox and providing general administrative support as and when required.

Performsmall amounts of handballing as and when required.

Be aware of and adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety Policy, taking responsibility for the Health and Safety and welfare of yourself and others.
