Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, motivated and committed individuals to work within our established semi supported provision for 16-18 year olds.

We are specifically looking for applicants who have experience of working with young people and have achieved or be willing to gain a Level 3 Health & Social Care Qualification
You will have a can do attitude
An understanding of teenage development, relationships and social challenges.
An ability to keep the young people at the forefront of the service we deliver.
Work well as part of a team.
Ideally a car driver but not essential.

- Support Environment: 1 year (preferable)
- Experience of working with young people Required licences or certifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferable)
- Current DBS ( preferable)
- Level 3 Children and Young People Workforce (preferable)
