Gowland White are award winning estate agents with offices in Stockton and Yarm.
We have an opportunity for a PART TIME PROPERTY VALUER to join our highly professional estate agency team. You must have a proven track record in estate agency sales and be able to hit the ground running. You will be hard-working, motivated and highly organised, with a real passion to succeed.
As a Valuer you will be responsible for generating new business from a busy diary of appointments, provided by our sales team. Your role will encompass all aspects of the listing process. Appointments will cover our Stockton and Yarm offices.
The Role:
- Visit client properties to advise on moving home
- Communicate effectively with clients and management
- Secure new instructions to market properties, with a high conversion rate
- Meet targets
- Organise and prioritise workload
- Secure mortgage and conveyancing leads
- Record details of homes to prepare advertising
- Photography
- 21 hours per week but with flexibility
Requirements:
- Proven success in a targeted, professional sales environment
- Ability to manage your own time effectively
- Willing to build on your skills and develop your career
- Offer exceptional customer service, with an articulate and professional approach
- Hard-working with the desire and determination to achieve your goals
- A full UK driving licence
Initial salary will be pro rata based on £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
