We're looking for a caring, reliable and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. Working nights is about much more than keeping watch – it's about ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable and cared for throughout the night.

About the role
As a Night Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents remain safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night.
You'll provide high-quality, person-centred care while promoting residents' dignity, independence and wellbeing. You'll also work closely with your colleagues to maintain a calm, safe and welcoming environment until the day team arrives.
Your responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centred care throughout the night.
- Support residents with personal care where required.
- Respond promptly to call bells and residents' needs.
- Carry out regular wellbeing and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate care records and complete a thorough handover to the day team.
- Support residents who may be anxious, confused or require reassurance during the night.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide the highest standards of care.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in a care setting (preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided).
- Is kind, patient and compassionate.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Is reliable, dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care.
- Is willing to undertake training and continue developing professionally.
