As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll be a mentor, advocate, and role model. You’ll help our children feel valued, heard, and supported, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Some of things you will do include:
- Provide high-quality, consistent care in line with individual care and placement plans.
- Build trusting and therapeutic relationships that promote emotional stability, resilience, and growth.
- Support children in developing life skills, independence, and positive coping strategies.
- Safeguard and protect children, adhering to statutory guidance and internal procedures.
- Contribute to implementing and reviewing individual care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies.
· Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring

- A UK driving licence (essential).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, Public Holidays (including Christmas and New Year) and sleep-ins.
