This role is to provide dedicated support to one resident within our residential care home. The resident is largely independent and does not require continuous hands-on care. - Assist with personal care when required, while promoting dignity, privacy and independence.
- Observe and report any changes in the resident's wellbeing to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate records in line with company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure the resident receives person-centred care.
What We're Looking For
- A caring, compassionate and patient individual.
- Previous experience in health and social care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and observation skills.
- Someone who is reliable, professional and able to work independently.
- A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, equality and person-centred care at all times.
What We Offer
- Flexible rota with consistent 12:00pm – 8:00pm shifts.
- Full induction and ongoing training.
- Supportive management team.
- Opportunities to gain valuable experience within a well-established residential care home.
- A welcoming and friendly working environment.
If you are passionate about making a positive difference in someone's day-to-day life and would like to join our caring team, we'd love to hear from you.
