Account Manager
Property Perspective is a dynamic New Homes sales agency, specialising in Part Exchange, Agency Assist transactions, New Home sales, marketing reports, and land acquisition advice. Established in 2008, we complete hundreds of property transactions annually for a diverse client base, from top UK housebuilders to small and medium-sized developers. Our mission is to sell property effectively, using our knowledge and expertise to benefit owner-occupier-vendors.
Role Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for managing key housebuilder accounts, ensuring all Part Exchange and Assisted Move transactions progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.
This role combines client management, sales progression oversight, and operational accountability to drive performance, maintain high service standards, and deliver key business objectives in line with Property Perspective’s expectations.
Job Description
Account Management & Client Delivery
Manage a portfolio of housebuilder clients, acting as the main point of contact for all activity across developments.
Maintain strong relationships with client sales teams, supporting them in driving reservations and conversions through Part Exchange and Assisted Move schemes.
Provide regular updates to clients, including twice-weekly reporting on sales progression, risks, and performance.
Attend client meetings where required, supporting Account Managers and contributing to strategic discussions.
Identify opportunities to grow accounts across additional sites or regions.
Oversee all Part Exchange and Assisted Move cases from instruction through to completion.
Ensure all new instructions are actioned promptly, with valuations, marketing, and agent engagement completed within agreed timeframes.
Drive transactions towards exchange within target timeframes, proactively managing risks and delays.
Work closely with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and buyers to maintain momentum across the chain.
Escalate and resolve issues quickly to ensure deals remain on track.
Monitor performance across accounts, ensuring KPIs are met across instruction, progression, and exchange timelines.
Deliver accurate and value-driven reporting to clients, including pipeline updates, exchanges, and completions.
Forecast upcoming exchanges and completions to support internal planning and client expectations.
Ensure all activity is recorded accurately within internal systems.
Work closely with internal teams including valuers, sales progression, and marketing to ensure a seamless service.
Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth implementation of processes and standards.
Provide cover and support across the wider team where required, including escalations and high-priority cases.
Maintain compliance with all company processes, property regulations, and service standards.
Experience & Skills Required
Experience in account management within property, estate agency, or new build housing.
A proven background in B2B, and B2C will be considered (Insurance, Mortgages, Loans, Recruitment)
Strong understanding of Part Exchange, Assisted Move, or property sales progression processes.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and clients simultaneously.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage complex chains and resolve issues proactively.
Experience working with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage processes.
Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering results for clients.

What we offer:
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE – OTE £35,000 - £40,000
Monday to Friday – Office-based: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm (5 pm finish on a Friday)
