The Role
As a Retail Sales Executive, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales through confident communication and strong product knowledge
- Maintain a welcoming, inspiring store environment
- Work closely with a supportive team to achieve store targets
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, providing expert advice and tailored solutions.
- Maintain organised merchandising displays that showcase products effectively and attractively
What We’re Looking For
- Proven retail sales experience
- Preferred experience in flooring, furniture, or home furnishings
- Confident communicator with a customer‑first approach
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced retail setting
- Flexible to work weekends as part of a 40‑hour week
