We are on the hunt for an additional Videographer/Photographer to work alongside our current photographer. We are looking for a creative, ambitious and enthusiastic person to work in our busy Estate Agency across Warrington, Wigan and St.Helens. You will be responsible for capturing the very best of our homes. This includes taking lifestyle video, photographs, drawing floorplans, creating Matterport 3D tours, Video Tours, Aerial photography whilst writing the description - capturing features and highlights to place the property in the best light possible. Full training provided for Floorplans, Aerial and 3D tours.

As such, your role is pivotal to the Lettings and Sales Teams to market new instructions and you will be an ambassador of our business and brand.
The candidate should be able to:
- Take and edit magazine grade property photos.
- Shoot and edit high quality interior videos. Think "location, location, location'.
- Draw (sketch), edit and compile floor plans.
- Use Adobe packages including Lightroom (or Capture One), Photoshop as well as video editing applications including Premiere or After Effects on Mac.
- Learn how to use drone and create aerial videos.
- Write short but interesting paragraphs to describe our homes. Excellent grammar and spelling is essential.
- Have a good creative background.
- You must have a valid Driving License to drive in the UK.

Across our Warrington, St.Helens and Wigan Offices: Mon- Fri, 9am- 5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays 9am-5pm.
Skills required
- Eye for composition and attention to detail.
- Good degree of computer literacy.
- Creative flare.
